1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Magajin Wilbafos, concerning your access to and use of the platform. You agree that by accessing the platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

3. Ayrids and Payments

3.1 Virtual Currency

Ayrids are our virtual currency used to purchase audiobooks and premium content on the platform. The exchange rate is 1 Ayrid = ₦10 (Nigerian Naira). Ayrids have no expiration date and remain in your account until used.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Paystack (for instant online payments) and bank transfers (for offline payments requiring manual verification within 24 hours). All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or as required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.

4. KYC Verification

To access certain features and increase transaction limits, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves providing accurate personal information including your name, phone number, address, and location details.

We reserve the right to verify the information you provide and may request additional documentation. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Share or resell purchased content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Magajin Wilbafos, including audiobooks, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Magajin Wilbafos or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Magajin Wilbafos makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Magajin Wilbafos, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
